Ticket FAQ

• all persons entering the venue require a wristband. this includes vendors, volunteers, artists, & staff

• ga access begins friday may 1 and ends sunday at 2pm.

• re-entry is allowed. if you are staying off site, you can come & go.

• early arrival (thursday) and late exit (monday) passes extend stays for you and your camping or parking pass.

Any vehicle not attached to a Van Camping Pass, XL Vehicle Camping Pass, or a Vendor Camping Pass MUST have a parking pass. If you are staying in a tent or with another camper, you can unload your vehicle but the vehicle must move to the parking lot.

all vehicles require a camping or parking pass. no exceptions. ga wristbands do not qualify vehicles.

Van Camping (van, truck camper, short bus, Class B, RV under 25')

• a reserved site inside the campground for guests who sleep inside their vehicle and the vehicle is 25’ or less in total length. neighbors are close & hookups are shared.

XL Vehicle Camping (bus, Class C, RV, towing a trailer, over 25')

• A reserved site inside the campground for guests who sleep inside their vehicle and the vehicle is greater than 25’ in total length. these sites have extra space and reserved hookups.

If you camp in a tent or on the ground, see tent camping

There is a grassy tent camping area on the perimeter of our beautiful duck pond. You can unload your car at your site, but cars must be moved to the parking lot. These campsites are valid for Fri-Sun only, unless an extended stay pass is displayed.

Preset Furnished Tent

• All the bare essentials in a comfortable 2 person tent, ready and waiting for your arrival. Inside is 1 full size air mattress, 2 pillows, and 2 sleeping bags.

Bring Your Own Tent

• Set up camp on your own. A 12×12 tent site will be reserved for you.

• Vending must be approved. Please submit an application on the collab page and email vanjam@vanjamcampout.com

• we still need volunteers: especially artists, gate staff, medical, and security.

• gourmet food is cooked on site each day during breakfast and dinner hours. Firebox Scratch Kitchen is not just great food - its a whole vibe

• only leftovers are sold onsite. if you do not have a meal plan you may get left out. on site purchases are not guaranteed and are very expensive.

• GET YOUR MEAL PLAN IN ADVANCE. alternatively, BYO food and drinks into the campout as desired

VJC has an epic production team and volunteer crew. Volunteers can get partially or fully refunded tickets based on your experience and commitment. This year, we are still looking for:
