Volunteers are asked to assist either before, during, or after the event. There are various departments from Gate Staff to Decor Team. Volunteers are required to purchase a regular entry ticket that will be refunded in full after the event.

vjc is looking for many different offerings, presenters, vendors, artists, and facilitators. Please complete the collab request application Especially:

  • Medical & security staff / volunteers

  • Artists, performers, dancers, Live Painting, Art Installations, creatives

  • Vendors with camping products, festival goodies, holistic provisions, or other unique offerings.

  • Sound practitioners & healers, yoga, breathwork, and wellness facilitators

  • Speakers & Presenters for any wellness, festival, or nomad oriented workshops

  • Promoters, sponsors, & influencers to expand our reach
